Metro Cruise is committed to offering a suite of ship’s agency services in partnership with our clients. We support the needs of each vessel while in port, in accordance with the best maritime practices and current port regulations. We provide arrangements for ship’s clearance, supplies of fresh water and bunkers, removal of garbage, hazardous waste and grey/black waters, medical services and transportation for guests and crew, as well as customs processing of bonded material and freight forwarding.
We also handle requests for ordering of pilots, tugs, line handlers and stevedore services; in addition to coordination for dry-docking-related services as required.
